No issuers at all everything went smoothly.

A time was arranged for the pick up of our furniture - however the driver decided he would turn up over an hour earlier than arranged. This caused problems as one of the items he was collecting from us wasn't arriving until the arranged time. What is the point in arranging a time and then basically not sticking to it or not giving us any notice. All it would have taken was a phone call. What should have been a stress free , straightforward job turned out to be anything but.

Good services and really care of the customers

Very good service, packed and unpacked very quickly, he was a nice polite guy. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because he was 2 hours late.

Dirty removal van. Very strong smell of engine oil. I later discovered that there was oil on the bottom of some pieces of furniture which marked the carpets. There was also minor damage to some furniture - marked wood, broken lamp etc. I have contacted Delivery D2D on a number of occasions and provided photographic evidence but they seem to be ignoring my emails now....

I requested to transport 1 item of furniture, they came to collect it with a Luton van full of recycled waste! They smelt really bad, Deliveried my furniture and destroyed half my walls in the process. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They where to guys and one was very unfit and the other stayed in the van most of the day, a 3 hour job took them 7 hours to do and not forgetting coming an hour later and we couldn’t communicate with them because both spoke no word of English, just pay extra money and go somewhere else that you can trust. Never again will I use these guys.

Company said he was a "five star" driver... Showed up two hours late, dropped my fridge, and also cracked the leg off of my sofa after I told him repeatedly to take the legs off. When I asked him about it, he said that I could fix it and just brushed me off. Will not be saying anything positive about him.

I had to cancel (it was an excellent value deal for a house move) after consultation a full refund was sent to my bank immediately. My situation (illness) was handled with empathy. We used this company to move our goods from London to Menorca. If you are looking for good customer service and your goods being handled with lots of TLC, this is not for you....but if you are looking at getting the job done without fuss or much TLC and saving thousands of pounds, then this is for you!

George is a very friendly driver, he helped us a lot with our move from Cardiff to Aberdeen. Highly recommended and will definitely contact D2D again if I need any help with my move!
