Quite disappointed as we engaged Delivery D2D because of specific delivery requirements for our customer and they said they could do the job. Despite promise by and arrangement with headoffice to take the goods up a flight of stairs to our customer the driver was not happy to do this and so the customer had to help him. We also found him to be quite arrogant on the phone. This was the first time we used Delivery D2D and sadly we would not be able to recommend this service because of this bad experience of what should have been a quick and simple job.
