Moved all the items from the flat to the van on our own, with Jim only helping place the items in the van. On the unpacking side Jim remainded at the van while my sister carried the boxes up flights of stairs on her own. Jim also changed the pickup time three times, giving additional excuses everytime. He was extremely unprofessional, asking if he could make a quick pick up during our delivery time. As well as informing us that we were going to be rated as customers and threatened to give us a bad rating if we gave him a bad rating. Would never use Jim again and would not recommend him.

I have to say Jim was great. He communicated with me from the moment I booked him from D2D. He helped load and unload my boxes. He kept me laughing the entire trip to Glasgow. Jim was on time and very helpful throughout the day and the van was loaded and unloaded by him with my help. I followed Jim from Yorkshire to Inverness and he drove sensibly all he way. I would recommend him for moving anything around the country.

Very much recommend Jim , made my furniture move hassle free and easier than I expected it to be! I cannot thank Jim from Wright Choice Couriers and Ken from DTD enough for all the help they have given me. I previously had a job booked with AnyVanUk for a pickup of a sofa from Barrow-in-furness to be delivered to me in Harthill, Scotland. The service from AnyVanUk was appalling, there was no communication from them at all and 10 mins before original pickup they decided to let us know that there would be no collection, this then continued 3 days in a row and in the end I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I found DTD Delivery on Google and Ken called me straight after I had submitted a quote and put me in touch with Jim straight away. As I had been let down so many times in the past the sofa needed to be picked up this evening otherwise the owner was going to sell it on. Jim made sure that wouldn't happen and despite the atrocious weather conditions he picked the sofa up for me AND delivered it the same evening, without stopping for any breaks in-between. Jim kept me informed all way through the process and called me before he had set off, when he was picking the sofa up and when he was 15 minutes away from dropping the sofa off with me. A really lovely man who has gone above and beyond for me and I couldn't recommend him enough! I wish I'd of known about DTD and Jim before going through all the stress and hassle with AnyVanUk as it would have saved me so much messing about. I highly recommend Jim to anyone and I will certainly be using him in the future without a question. As it says on his business card "100% satisfaction guaranteed" - this couldn't be anymore true! I wish it would let me give more than 5 stars as I would be giving 10!
