To reply to your negative feedback of myself, firstly as it says on my booking I told you it was 16 miles not 5 miles and to add to that anyone with half a brain knows it doesn't cost £20 for 18 miles even though I was quoted a price for 16 miles anyway. You was an hour and a quarter late with no contact even not answering your phone, which I was willing to accept until you got straight out the van with an attitude and demanded more money. To which I kindly informed you under these circumstances I know longer what to use your service. Also after watching you try and reverse around the corner three times unsuccessfully you didn't fill me with confidence. The guys a chancer with a bad attitude and abismal timing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE DRIVER WAS HELPFUL AT THE BEGNING UNTILL HE GOT BORED OR TIRED, THEN HE STARTED RUSHING AND LEAVING OUR STUFF NOT PROPERLY. NOBODY TOLD US THAT WE JUST HAD HALF HOUR TO LOAD AND ANOTHER HALF TO DOWNLOAD. HOW DO THEY EXPECT TO MAKE THE HOLE MOVING OF THREE ROOMS FROM ONE PLACE TO OTHER JUST IN ONE HOUR?? 70 POUNDS FOR ONE HOUR, ALSO THE QUALITY OF THE VAN WAS THE WORST, DIRTY, OLD AND DANGEROUS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
