I was so happy that my stuff arrived in good condition too and considering the distance from Llandudno to Manchester. I never like writing poor reviews, but some aspects of the service left much to be desired. My family had risen at six o clock in order to be ready for my daughter's removal van to arrive at 8.30 this morning. My husband had made a point of contacting the company to have this time confirmed on a couple of occasions. At approximately 8.30 we received a phone call from the driver saying that he had been caught in traffic and would be an hour late. The van did not arrive until well after ten, by which time both my husband and my daughter had phoned to complain, as my daughter had to be in the new property to receive several deliveries at 11.45. My daughter had to phone the other companies to rearrange the time of delivery. One of the items was a mattress which was essential for my daughter to have for that night. The companies were only able to promise that they would try and make the deliveries at the end of the time frame, ie, around 1300. The van was quickly packed when the removal men arrived, and they were civil enough at that point, but I am astonished to hear that later in the van, the driver complained to my daughter because she had made a complaint herself. As he had arrived nearly two hours late and it was important for her to arrive at the new property on time in order to take a delivery, I cannot see why he was annoyed, and besides, he should have raised the issue assertively in front of her parents rather than waiting until she was alone in the van with him. Because of his attitude, she did not feel equal to objecting to his smoking in the van. I am disappointed with this service overall. We paid the money into the driver's account asap but the poor service certainly warrants a discount.

Really pleased with these guys. They turned up on time, went over and above what was asked of them and made no complaints. They were very reasonable on price too. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future deliveries.
